Here is the simple & easy soup recipe which is flavourful and healthy. Most importantly to note: please use slow heat to cook this kind of broth to retain all the flavours and nutrition into it.
Take 4 cups water in a soup pan/ pot, place over slow heat.
Add roughly chopped onion, garlic, ginger and salt to make the soup base.
Roughly dice all the vegetables and keep them separate.
Add Macaroni pasta to the base and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Keep on adding vegetables starts with hard ones. side by side give a quick blix to soya chunks to mince it down and add it to soup base. (adding soya chunks is totally optional).
Cook it for another 3-4 minutes on slow heat and finally add the chopped greens.
Season well with salt & freshly grounded pepper and serve hot.

In the soup vegetables can be used as per seasonal availability. This recipe is excellent whole meal option for vegetarian and vegan people.If some one want to try it with meat option definitely can be added such as: chopped chicken, chopped lean pork or beef. soya chunks is totally options, i just added soya chunks to add more protein value in this vegetarian soup. For more flavour light soya sauce and freshly sliced chilli can be used.
